RECIPROCAL MEMBERS (non-voting)
Only available for current Clearwater Bar Association members who pay the full annual dues amount to the Clearwater Bar. Reciprocal Members will receive a subscription to the Paraclete, will be invited to all SPBA functions and are welcome to attend SPBA Membership lunches for an additional $25 per lunch. $125
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS (non-voting)
Attorneys licensed to practice and in good standing in another jurisdiction, visiting or full-time professors at Stetson College of Law, Paralegals, Legal Support Staff, Clerks of the Court, Law Librarians, Legal Administrators and Court Administrators. Associate members are welcome to attend SPBA Membership lunches for an additional $25 and are invited to all SPBA functions. $50
STUDENT MEMBERS (non-voting)
Students, undergraduate students and law school graduates awaiting admission to The Florida Bar. Law student members are welcome to attend SPBA Membership luncheons at no cost due to the generosity of a St. Pete Bar member.
HONORARY MEMBERS (non-voting)
Honorary membership is conferred on all judges of the Pinellas County Court, the Sixth Judicial Circuit, the Second District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Honorary membership is also conferred upon members who have been members of The Florida Bar for fifty or more years. Fifty Year Florida Bar members receive a subscription to the Paraclete, may attend membership luncheons and will be invited to all SPBA functions. Judiciary receive the same benefits but are charged $25 to attend SPBA Membership luncheons. Complimentary Membership
All members are asked to make an optional $25 donation to the St. Pete Bar Foundation. This option appears during the dues payment process. It is not required, however we ask all members to please support our Foundation. This is also included on the annual dues statements that are mailed. This $25.00 is in addition to the amounts listed above. This donation supports the many community projects, grants, and scholarships supported by the St. Pete Bar Foundation. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and the donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will asked to make the optional donation, however you may choose to opt out and not select to donate at this time. Thank you.
